1. Return Eligibility

• The item includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
• You provide proof of purchase or your order number.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Products returned without original packaging
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item arrived damaged.
• The wrong item was shipped.
• The product is defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
